Above is a photo of lead weights retrieved from the bellies of Hart’s fish WON Bass has indicated that due to what it believes was a cheating incident today at the U.S. Open, Mike Hart of Winnetka, Calif. has been banned for life from all WON Bass tournaments. WON Bass stated that it will press charges against Hart. Allegedly, Hart stuffed weights into fish before weighing them. When confronted at weigh-in, Hart immediately left the scene, WON Bass said.
